On Thursday, May 27, we will host a workshop and informal meet-up for everyone interested in Airdrie's future!
When: from 5 to 8pm
Where: Killarney's Irish Pub & Restaurant (come find us on the restaurant side!)
What: The night will consist of a workshop on sustaining local drive for environmental action, as well as unstructured time for people to get together to network and socialize with others who share a common interest in local environmental and sustainability issues. This will be a great opportunity to enjoy some food and drinks while discussing anything green.
Why: Many people who are concerned about the environment don't know where to start or risk burning out from over-commitment. During the workshop, you will think through how to avoid these scenarios. Connecting with others who share your concerns is a great way to sustain your energy and drive.
