Alla Guelber is currently pursuing a master of environmental education and communication through Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC. Alla is an outreach coordinator with Alberta Acts on Climate Change, focusing on community and youth engagement. Alla's passion is facilitating change through open dialogue and experiential learning, and she plans to further explore these themes in her graduate thesis.

In partnership with Alberta Acts and Waterlution, Alla is currently organizing a 2-day retreat focused on bringing together young entrepreneurs to incubate innovation on creating green jobs. The Meaningful Work: Green Jobs + Social Innovation Retreat takes place April 30-May 2, 2010.
